Florian Singer is an attorney-at-law for Economic and Financial Criminal Law. He is an experienced defence attorney in national and international corporate crime and corporate criminal liability proceedings, as well as a representative attorney in extradition proceedings and adhesion procedures (crime victims' compensation). In addition, he advises on crisis situations (e.g. house searches), compliance issues, money laundering prevention, and internal investigations. Florian Singer is admitted to the Austrian Bar.

After completing his law studies at the University of Vienna, Singer worked as a university assistant at the Institute for Austrian and European Economic Criminal Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, he switched from academia to practice at a large Austrian tax consulting and auditing firm in the area of financial criminal law, and then completed his legal training at a law firm specialising in economic and financial criminal law in Linz and Vienna. From 2016, he worked in a renowned boutique law firm in Vienna with a focus on legal advice and representation in national and international economic and financial criminal cases as well as extradition proceedings. He has been an attorney at CMS in Vienna since 2021.
