Expertise

Giti Said is an associate working primarily in the areas of technology, media and telecommunications as well as data protection. Another focus of her advisory work is the area of commercial law.

Previous work experience / training 

Giti Said studied law at the University of Vienna specialising in "International Legal Practice and Language", spending time at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. 

Before joining CMS, she also worked for various international commercial law firms. 

She also took part in a working group for legal informatics, IT and data protection law at the Institute for European, International and Comparative Law at the University of Vienna. 

In addition to her studies, she regularly led workshops on human rights and diversity for Amnesty International Austria.
