Transferring the working time records


Template taking into consideration the changes brought about by ASRÄG 2014 (Employment and Social Law Amendment Act 2014)

An employer has a duty to keep and maintain records of the hours worked by their employees at their place of work, including their break times, pursuant to § 26 (1) of the Working Time Act. These records are used to ensure that the working time regulations are being kept to. The  Working Time Act has, up until now, provided for certain exceptions to this duty to record. These exceptions have now been expanded upon by the ASRÄG 2014. [...]
