When dealing with competition law issues, employment law often comes into play.
Our next competition lunch will focus on frequently used clauses in employment relationships and service agreements that could trigger the application of competition rules (e.g. non-compete and no-poach agreements).
In addition, this seminar will offer guidance to legal counsels/HR professionals in the case of an internal audit or an investigation by a competition authority. In this respect, we will address employee and employer rights and obligations during investigations, the possibility and adequateness of whistleblowing and leniency applications and their implications on the employee-employer relationship, the dismissal of the employee, etc.
