Le décret sur les implantations commerciales, porté par le Ministre Marcourt, vient d’être publié au Moniteur belge de ce 18 février 2015.

Permis d’implantation commerciale, permis intégré, modifications concernant la durée, la péremption, caducité, sanction, ce régime contient de nombreuses nouveautés.

Il convient d’en prendre la pleine mesure avant l’entrée en vigueur du décret.

Zowel in Wallonië als in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest werd recent nieuwe wetgeving goedgekeurd met betrekking tot de handelsvestigingen.

Bent u voorbereid?

Het decreet met betrekking tot de handelsvestigingen, ingediend door Minister Marcourt, werd gepubliceerd in het Belgisch Staatsblad van 18 februari 2015.

De regelgeving brengt vele nieuwigheden met zich mee, zoals de vergunning voor handelsvestigingen, een geïntegreerde vergunning, wijzigingen op het vlak van de duur, het aflopen, het verval, de sancties...

Het is dan ook aangeraden om hiervan op de hoogte te zijn vooraleer het decreet in werking treedt.
