During our webinar, we will inform you about relevant practical and legal changes brought about by the revised standard contractual clauses (SCCs) for international data transfers published by the EU Commission on 4 June 2021. We will shed light on questions regarding the transition period, liability, dealing with the modules of the SCCs and how they relate to the Schrems II ruling of the ECJ.
