CMS Belgium, together with The Capital Link, have successfully advised the shareholders of football club Waasland Beveren on the sale to Bolt Football Holdings. The buyer is a professional sport investor owned by Mr. David S. Blitzer, senior executive at Blackstone, and other American investors.
