CMS Belgium assisted GuardSquare, a fast-growing and market-leading Belgian techstart-up that provides mobile application protection software, and its shareholders with an important investment by Battery Ventures. Battery’s venture-capital practice has already invested in more than 300 tech companies worldwide.
The investment will help GuardSquare to boost its sales, marketing, R&D and client successes.
