Julie practices in all areas of corporate law with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate governance and compliance and corporate dispute resolutions.

In these fields, she assists Belgian and international clients (groups, companies and non-profit organizations) active in a wide range of sectors.

Julie was called to the Brussels Bar in March 2017. She started her apprenticeship at a multinational law firm in the employment and then in the corporate practice group. She then joined a Benelux leading independent law firm in the corporate and M&A practice group.

Working closely with her clients, Julie provides pragmatic advice across a wide range of matters.

She holds a law degree, an economics and management degree and a special degree in tax law (Université Libre de Bruxelles).

She is also a member of the Board of Directors of APAM ASBL.

She is fluent in French, English and Dutch.

Julie joined CMS in January 2021.
