Maxime intervenes both for non-contentious advice as well as in legal proceedings.

He specializes in Employment law, both in the field of collective relations (collective dismissals, information and consultation procedures, reorganization of activities, conventional transfers of undertakings, etc.) and in and in the individual employment relationship (recruitment, dismissal, compensation optimization, changes in working conditions and working time arrangements, etc.). 

His Employment law practice is combined with his insolvency law practice through his intervention in numerous bankruptcies of small and medium-sized businesses, and more particularly on the consequences of collective insolvency proceedings with respect to the maintenance of workers' rights and obligations.
