Mobiltel, the Bulgarian subsidiary of the Telekom Austria Group (TAG), acquired the Bulgarian cable operator Blizoo. CMS in Vienna and Sofia advised TAG throughout the entire transaction. The parties involved agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Closing is expected in the fourth quarter of 2015 (subject to approval by the Competition Authorities). The CMS team was led by Günther Hanslik (CMS Vienna) and Gentscho Pavlov (CMS Sofia).
