Dian Boev is an associate in the CMS Sofia Energy, Projects and Construction Practice Group. He is experienced in energy law, corporate matters, business transactions and dispute resolution.

Before joining CMS Sofia, Dian gained substantial practical experience in the judiciary as a law clerk, where he worked on cases covering multiple legal areas. He has worked on civil and commercial cases in the areas of contract law, commercial and corporate law and real estate.

His practice is focused on renewable energy projects and he is regularly involved in due diligence reviews of both greenfield and operational renewables projects. Dian advises clients on the general regulatory framework of energy projects in Bulgaria on a daily basis.
