Nikola Naydenov is a Bulgarian qualified lawyer and a junior associate in the Corporate team at CMS Sofia.

He is experienced in working on M&A transactions, including on the due diligence phase in a variety of sectors, including energy, IT and retail. He is also experienced in corporate law, company restructurings, tax law and compliance with international and European tax requirements, as well as commercial law and litigation. Nikola has also participated in multiple international moot court competitions in the area of international commercial and investment arbitration.

His previous experience includes working as a senior associate at Ernst & Young Bulgaria, as a law clerk at Sofia District Court and as a trainee at a Bulgarian law firm.
