State aid: The Court of Justice of the EU annuls the Commission’s decision in the Fiat-Chrysler case

On 8 November 2022, the Court of Justice of the EU annulled the judgment of the General Court confirming the decision of the European Commission of 21 October 2015, ordering the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to recover from Fiat an illegal and incompatible aid of EUR 20 million to EUR 30 million granted in the context of a tax ruling.
