Banking & Finance expert Sanja Voloder, attorney in cooperation with CMS, promoted to Counsel for CMS Bosnia and Herzegovina

The experienced lawyer was previously a senior associate (attorney in cooperation with CMS) in the Banking, Finance, Corporate and M&A department and recently also qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.

Sanja Voloder began her legal career as an associate at CMS and now has more than ten years of experience in general business, banking, finance, corporate and M&A. During this time, she has advised international clients on legal issues related to investments and financing in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Her close working relationship with influential stakeholders in the investment industry, as well as with clients and key business organisations and advocacy groups, makes her an excellent match for CMS’s diverse legal services and extensive professional expertise.

Voloder completed her legal education in the UK, which involved a masters from the renowned University of Cambridge, where she also undertook research activities. She qualified as an independent attorney in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2017 and in 2021 became dual-qualified by additionally obtaining a license to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales as well.
