CMS advises Renaissance on the acquisition of a majority stake in Baitella AG

Zurich, 29 July 2021 - Renaissance Anlagestiftung has become a long-term majority shareholder in Baitella AG. Together with the management, Renaissance will continuously develop the globally successful quality products for applications in medicine and industry under the "Fisso" brand.

Baitella AG was founded in 1978 by Carlo Baitella and with its Fisso products, it is the world's leading supplier of high-quality articulated stands. The company supplies both the medical and industrial segments with articulated stands and accessories in standard and customised versions.

A CMS team led by Alain Raemy provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to Renaissance Anlagestiftung on this transaction.
