CMS advises the "GIMS" on the corporate and contractual aspects of the creation of a new Qatar Geneva International Motor Show in partnership with Qatar Tourism

The Geneva International Motor Show (GIMS) announced its strategic partnership with Qatar Tourism at a press conference held on 25 August 2021 at the Doha Exhibition & Convention Center. The parties have joined forces to develop and host a newly designed Qatar Geneva International Motor Show, whose first edition is expected for the fall of 2022 or 2023.

This cross-border collaboration draws on the solid experience and world-renowned brand image of GIMS, a pioneer in the automotive world's events since 1905, as well as on the excellent hospitality and unique infrastructure capabilities of Qatar Tourism. Ideally located in the heart of Doha, this show will become a must-see event on the calendar of the international automotive community, placing GIMS on the map of the Middle East and boosting the attractiveness of Qatar as a world-class touristic destination.
