Alexandra Stocker's practice focuses on M&A transactions (including corporate restructurings), corporate and contract law. In this context, she advises companies, shareholders and investors at both national and international level.

After graduating from the University of Zurich in 2017, Alexandra Stocker completed her one-year traineeship with CMS and stayed between the bar exams with our firm for another five months as a member of our Corporate / M&A-team. After being admitted to the bar as a lawyer, she returned to our firm in January 2020. Alexandra Stocker also holds a degree in business administration and spent several years in the controlling departments of international companies.

The Werap Group, headquartered in Bu­bikon, was sold as part of a suc­ces­sion plan by founder and own­er Kon­rad Frisch­knecht to a group of Swiss in­vestors con­sist­ing of the en­tre­pren­eur­i­al couple Dr. Sara and Chris­toph Hürli­mann and Peter Huber.The Werap Group was foun­ded in 1971 by Kon­rad Frisch­knecht in Bu­bikon. Since then, it has grown to five highly spe­cial­ized com­pan­ies with headquar­ters in Switzer­land and an ad­di­tion­al pro­duc­tion site in Ger­many. It op­er­ates in the in­nov­at­ive en­vir­on­ment of in­dus­tri­al elec­tron­ics and of­fers total solu­tions in the field of elec­tron­ic products, wind­ing tech­no­logy and power sup­ply. CMS sup­por­ted on re­verse mer­ger and list­ing of Tal­ent­house AG on the SIX...
Tal­ent­house AG, a lead­ing tech­no­logy plat­form con­nect­ing brands and cre­at­ives glob­ally, has been lis­ted as an op­er­at­ing com­pany on the In­ter­na­tion­al Re­port­ing Stand­ard of the SIX Swiss Ex­change (SIX) since 29 March 2022. Over the past 15 months, Tal­ent­house AG has bundled four pre­vi­ously in­de­pend­ent com­pan­ies and brought them to the stock ex­change in Zurich through a re­verse mer­ger. The Frank­furt-based fin­an­cial in­vestor Halder has ac­quired Newemag AG. All parties in­volved have agreed not to dis­close the de­tails of the trans­ac­tion.Foun­ded in 1975, Newemag AG ranks among the lead­ing sup­pli­ers of ma­chine tools in Switzer­land with more than 400 cus­tom­ers in di­verse mar­kets. In ad­di­tion to turn­ing and milling ma­chines, the product port­fo­lio of Newemag AG also in­cludes ma­chin­ing centres with the cap­ab­il­ity of 5-ax­is and sim­ul­tan­eous ma­chin­ing. Bruker, a NAS­DAQ-lis­ted tech­no­logy com­pany in the ana­lyt­ic­al in­stru­ment­a­tion sec­tor, ac­quires Pro­lab.Pro­lab, foun­ded in 1988 and headquartered in Re­in­ach, spe­cial­ises in high-pre­ci­sion low-flow li­quid chro­ma­to­graphy tech­no­logy. In this con­text, the com­pany fo­cuses primar­ily on mi­cro- and nano-UH­PLC pump tech­no­logy. The zir­coni­um pump de­veloped by Pro­lab is already a com­pon­ent of Bruker­'s high-per­form­ance mass spec­tro­metry sys­tems.The ac­quis­i­tion of Pro­lab provides Bruker with the op­por­tun­ity to ac­cel­er­ate product in­nov­a­tion. CMS Switzer­land worked in col­lab­or­a­tion with team mem­bers from CMS Al­biñana & Suárez de Lezo (CMS Spain).Playtom­ic is Europe's largest sports book­ing app and SaaS for sport ven­ues. The com­pany op­er­ates in 25 coun­tries, with over 2500 part­ner clubs and over 1 mil­lion act­ive play­ers.Got­Courts is a so­cial net­work for rack­et sports play­ers and an on­line ser­vice for book­ing courts and coaches. It's the first plat­form to provide everything a play­er needs in a single net­work. Since the busi­ness was foun­ded in 2014, it has grown rap­idly in Switzer­land and are now scal­ing in­ter­na­tion­ally.
