Alexandra Stocker's practice focuses on M&A transactions (including corporate restructurings), corporate and contract law. In this context, she advises companies, shareholders and investors at both national and international level.

After graduating from the University of Zurich in 2017, Alexandra Stocker completed her one-year traineeship with CMS and stayed between the bar exams with our firm for another five months as a member of our Corporate / M&A-team. After being admitted to the bar as a lawyer, she returned to our firm in January 2020. Alexandra Stocker also holds a degree in business administration and spent several years in the controlling departments of international companies.

Star­ted by Swiss game de­veloper Sid­ney de Vries in 2018 and already played by over 200 mil­lion unique play­ers world­wide, Krunker is a massively pop­u­lar shoot­er that fea­tures full mod­ding sup­port that can be played any­where, without hav­ing to in­stall the com­puter game.FRVR is a games plat­form com­pany build­ing an eco­sys­tem to con­nect bil­lions of play­ers to cap­tiv­at­ing games. The Werap Group, headquartered in Bu­bikon, was sold as part of a suc­ces­sion plan by founder and own­er Kon­rad Frisch­knecht to a group of Swiss in­vestors con­sist­ing of the en­tre­pren­eur­i­al couple Dr. Sara and Chris­toph Hürli­mann and Peter Huber.The Werap Group was foun­ded in 1971 by Kon­rad Frisch­knecht in Bu­bikon. The Frank­furt-based fin­an­cial in­vestor Halder has ac­quired Newemag AG. All parties in­volved have agreed not to dis­close the de­tails of the trans­ac­tion.Foun­ded in 1975, Newemag AG ranks among the lead­ing sup­pli­ers of ma­chine tools in Switzer­land with more than 400 cus­tom­ers in di­verse mar­kets. In this con­text, the com­pany fo­cuses primar­ily on mi­cro- and nano-UH­PLC pump tech­no­logy. CMS Switzer­land worked in col­lab­or­a­tion with team mem­bers from CMS Al­biñana & Suárez de Lezo (CMS Spain).Playtom­ic is Europe's largest sports book­ing app and SaaS for sport ven­ues. The com­pany op­er­ates in 25 coun­tries, with over 2500 part­ner clubs and over 1 mil­lion act­ive play­ers.Got­Courts is a so­cial net­work for rack­et sports play­ers and an on­line ser­vice for book­ing courts and coaches.
