Flavia Widmer’s practice focuses on domestic litigation and international arbitration.

Flavia Widmer specializes in resolving civil matters and commercial law issues. She further advises and represents the interests of companies and private individuals in white-collar crime matters. Flavia Widmer’s professional experience encompasses also general contract law, enforcement law and general administrative law. Her clients include large corporations, SMEs and private individuals. Flavia Widmer was admitted to the bar in 2013. Her working languages are German and English.

Prior to joining our law firm in 2017, Flavia Widmer worked for several years with a major international law firm in Zurich where she focused on litigation and arbitration. From 2012 until 2014, she worked as a law clerk at the Administrative Court in the Kanton of Aargau and at the District Court of Lenzburg AG. After her studies at the University of Zurich, the Chicago-Kent College of Law and the University of Neuchâtel, Flavia Widmer worked as a court watcher at the Red Khmer Tribunal in Phnom Penh (Cambodia) from 2011 until 2012.
