CMS advises Foncia Group on the acquisition of GRIBI Group
DBS Immobilier SA, the Swiss subsidiary of the French real estate group Foncia, which is European's market leader in the management of residential real estate, acquires the GRIBI Group.
GRIBI Group, headquartered in Basel, specializes in the management, construction management and marketing of real estate. With a portfolio of over 35'000 residential and commercial properties, the GRIBI Group is one of the market leaders in the field of property management in German-speaking Switzerland. GRIBI Group's dynamic network and strong roots in this region enable Foncia to expand its real estate activities throughout Switzerland. With the acquisition of GRIBI Group, Foncia is taking the first step in its planned development in German-speaking Switzerland.
