KPA UNICON GROUP and Finish Fund for Industrial Cooperation Ltd (FINNFUND) - Advising a prominent group of companies on the establishment of a JV (a renewable waste to energy power plant) with a major steel producer in BiH (includes various regulatory and corporate advice) in connection with the building of renewable power plant.

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development - Advising the EBRD on all aspects of the financing of the EBRD-Regional Energy Efficiency Programme (REEP) (over EUR 10 million) that supports energy efficiency in the Western Balkan countries with the public sector. Legal services in this project also included advising on regulatory framework, project structuring with particular focus on feasibility of energy efficiency structures and PPP structure, drafting model transactional documentation (including energy supply and energy performance contracts), model tender documentation etc. The project has been recently extended with two new district heating system projects in the Municipalities of Vitez and Teslić which both would be based on the PPP Structure.

CMS services includes advising on obtaining of relevant permits and approvals from the competent authorities, negotiating and mediating with other stakeholders, as well as representation before courts.
Ministry of Justice BiH/ energy efficiency and PPP - Pioneer project where our role involves advising the Ministry on structuring of the project within the limited PPP and energy efficiency legal framework on the state level, with the aim of achieving energy efficiency within the state institution in cooperation with private partner, as well as advising on available financing options.
GE Healthcare Limited - Advising the client on several matters regulatory, distribution, commercial, advising regarding public tender proceedings, as well as advising regarding the construction of power plant from a Bosnian law perspective.
VESTAS - CMS is advising Vestas on their ongoing renewable energy project that includes supply and construction of wind power plants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
