CMS, China hires new TMT Senior Associate

CMS, China is pleased to welcome Samuel Yang as a new Senior Associate to its TMT team. Samuel is an experienced lawyer in the telecommunications and broader IT industry and advised on regulatory matters and a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions. He has worked in private practice and in-house roles for more than seven years and in his most recent one he was the North East Asia Commercial Counsel of British Telecom, with a special focus on China. Samuel will be based in the CMS Beijing Office.
