18/01/2016

CMS, China is the winner of the 2015 China Business Law Awards by China Business Law Journal (CBLJ) in Competition and Anti-trust and Taxation.

The 2015 China Business Law Awards are based on hundreds of nominations received from China-focused corporate counsel and legal professionals around the world. In determining the winners, the nominations were considered carefully in combination with various factors, such as each firm’s landmark deals, cases and other notable achievements over the past year.

A large number of interviews were also conducted widely with law firm clients to ascertain the level of satisfaction with the services provided by each firm.

“After having won China Business Law Awards before for Corporate and M&A, we are delighted to now also receive awards for our work in Competition and Anti-trust and Taxation. We are very grateful to our clients’ for their trust, support and endorsement”, says Dr Ulrike Glueck, managing partner of CMS, China Shanghai Office. “This proves our outstanding performance and diligent work in the past year and we value the recognition received from both our clients and peers. The awards also showcase the extensive scope of our expertise.”
