Ulrike Glueck Re-appointed to the Panel of Arbitrators of SHIAC

CMS, China is pleased to announce that Dr. Ulrike Glueck, Managing Partner of CMS, China Shanghai Office continues to be appointed to the Panel of Arbitrators of Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center) (“SHIAC”).  Dr. Glueck has been included in the Panel of Arbitrators and served as one of the foreign arbitrators at SHIAC since 2014. The new Panel of Arbitrators takes effect from 1 August 2021 to 30 April 2026.

Ulrike Glueck has been working on-site in China since 1998 and has over 20 years’ experience in China-related works. She has been recognized as a renowned China expert and one of the leading lawyers advising international companies on M&A transactions and restructuring projects in China.

Approved by Shanghai Municipal People's Government, SHIAC was established in 1988 and resolves commercial disputes for the parties by independent, impartial, professional and efficient arbitration services. SHIAC is one of the five international commercial arbitration and mediation institutions included in the PRC Supreme People's Court’s “One-Stop” Diversified Mechanisms for Resolving International Commercial Disputes.
