Amanda is a commercial associate specialising in the TMC sector. She has detailed knowledge of the regulatory regimes across the TMC industry under Chinese law, and has rich experience in advising clients on compliance and general commercial matters. Amanda has been closely following the data protection and cybersecurity developments in China, and has assisted many multinational clients in formulating or localising compliance strategies and action plans.

Before joining CMS, Amanda worked for a top-tier PRC law firm where she was involved in various e-commerce and “internet of things” (IOT) projects, and provided practical legal advice to both domestic and foreign companies.
