CMS, China ranks Tier 1 in 2022 ALB China IP Rankings

We are pleased to announce that CMS, China, for the fifth consecutive year, ranks Tier 1 for Patents (China International Firms) and Tier 1 for Trademarks/Copyright (China International Firms) in 2022 ALB China IP Rankings by Asian Legal Business (ALB).

ALB draws information from firm submissions, interviews, editorial resources and market suggestions to identify and rank the top firms for Intellectual Property in China and Asia. The rankings are divided into tiers, with the first tier identifying the strongest IP firms in each jurisdiction.

The ranking showcases the leading position of CMS, China in IP practice and reflects clients' recognitions with our services. CMS has been active in China since the mid-90s with offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong. CMS, China is well placed to provide full scope of services to both foreign companies doing business in the East and Chinese companies doing business abroad.
