CMS Recognised in Asian Legal Business M&A Rankings 2021

CMS, China has been recognised as Notable Firm in the newly released Asian Legal Business (ALB) M&A Rankings 2021. It is the third time for us to receive this honor. Besides, CMS has also been recognised as Notable Firm for Hong Kong and Singapore in the ALB M&A Rankings 2021.

ALB draws the results from firm submissions, Thomson Reuters M&A data, interviews, editorial resources and market suggestions to identify and rank the top firms for M&A in Asia. The ranking also considered the volume, complexity and size of work undertaken, the presence across Asia and the firm's visibility and profile in the region. The ranking showcases the leading position of CMS in M&A practice in Asia and also reflects clients' recognition of our services.
