Juan Carlos is an Associate Director for the Firm in the Employment & Pensions practice. He has more than eight years of experience advising national and international clients regarding labour and social security matters and has represented international and national clients as a litigant on labour disputes before the Supreme Court of Justice and Labour Courts. He has also represented clients before the Ministry of Labour, litigation on constitutional actions, and has advised on labour due diligences, disciplinary processes.

Likewise, Juan Carlos holds experience in the academic field, acting as a recognized professor of “Social Security”, and of “Health and Safety at Work”, at a post-graduate Master Degree at Universidad Externado de Colombia
