María Fernanda is an Associate of the Firm in the areas of Labor Law & Pensions. She is a lawyer from the Universidad Libre and is about to graduate in Psychology from the Universidad Simón Bolívar.

María Fernanda has more than 4 years of experience in her practice areas, and since joining the Firm in April 2024, she has advised our clients in the city of Cúcuta, Norte de Santander, among other things, on issues related to labor consulting, structuring of internal work regulations, disciplinary processes, negotiation of transactional agreements, legal concepts of reinforced labor stability in specific cases, responses to petition rights and requirements, and legal concepts of general issues in labor relations. Likewise, he has participated in training on Workplace Harassment, reduction of hours, Sunday work, overtime and holidays, vacations, work coexistence committee and disciplinary processes.
