María José is an Associate for the Firm in the Corporate Criminal Law and Dispute Resolution practices. She has experience in Corporate Law. Her practice is focused in advising national and multinational clients in criminal issues; support in criminal disputes; criminal risk prevention inside companies;  representation of our clients as victims in criminal procedures that may arise; development and presentation of criminal charge filings when necessary; procedural strategy design; elaboration of legal documents, among others. She has a post-graduate degree in Environmental Law at the Universidad del Rosario.
