María José is an Associate for the Firm in the Corporate Criminal Law and Dispute Resolution practices. Her practice is focused in advising national and multinational clients in criminal and extinction of domain issues; support in criminal and extinction of domain disputes; criminal and extinction of domain risk prevention; representation of our clients as victims in criminal procedures that may arise; procedural strategy design; elaboration of legal documents, among others. She has a post-graduate degree in Environmental Law at the Universidad del Rosario and she has experience in Corporate Law.
