Sandra is a Senior Associate for the Firm in the Employment & Pensions practice. She has more than 11 years of experience advising national and international clients in labour and employment law, and social security matters, providing advice regarding internal employment relations subjects such as disciplinary actions, employment contracts, benefits schemes, migratory procedures, collective bargaining processes and union relationships. She also has led workshops and talks about work harassment, disciplinary procedures, and other interest topics.

Sandra has also taught labour and employment courses in Pontificia Universidad Javeriana as invited professor on the Postgraduate studies training for the Human Resources Team of Colpensiones.
