CMS advises joint venture on the phased sale of Ostrava Airport multimodal park

International law firm CMS has advised the Czech joint venture of J&T and Concens Investments (Concens) on the phased sale of the newly built class A, multimodal industrial park at Ostrava Airport, located in Mošnov, to EQT Exeter.
