Lawyers for EU law

European legislation affects virtually every aspect of German law today. Our EU law specialists have been monitoring the increasingly strong linkage between German and European law for several decades and closely follow the development of EU law.

The centre of this activity is Brussels, where we operate the CMS EU Law Office jointly with partner firms from across Europe. Our Brussels-based lawyers for EU law observe and engage with ongoing legal developments in detail, aided by our close ties with the European Commission and the European Parliament.

The CMS EU law specialists have an excellent understanding of EU state aid law, abuse supervision, merger control and anti-dumping rules. If a dispute arises, they are able to represent companies in cases involving the European Commission and to act as legal representatives before the European Court of First Instance and the EU’s Court of Justice.

Please see below for the contact details of our lawyers specialising in EU law, whom you can contact at any time.

More information on our expertise in European law can be found here.
