Stuttgart – ads-tec GmbH of Nürtingen has signed a cooperation agreement with listed Swiss company Leclanché S.A. on the use of battery technology developed by ads-tec. The transaction involved a cash payment and the transfer of shares in Leclanché S.A. to ads-tec.
An international CMS team headed by Client Relationship Partner Dr Björn Demuth advised ads-tec GmbH on all aspects of signing the cooperation agreement.
German family-owned business ads-tec produces high-quality IT systems for industry as well as high-performance battery systems and storage technology. Leclanché manufactures large-scale energy storage systems.
The cooperation agreement grants the Swiss company the non-exclusive right to use special battery technology designed by ads-tec in lithium-ion battery storage systems produced by Leclanché.
