CMS advises Commerzbank AG on terminating instalment loan joint venture with BNP Paribas

Frankfurt am Main – Commerzbank AG has terminated its joint venture with French bank BNP Paribas in the instalment loan market. Instalment loans are such an important growth area that the bank wishes to engage in the business on its own going forward.

A team headed by lead partner Dr Wolfgang Richter advised Commerzbank AG on all legal aspects of dissolving the joint venture.
