CMS advises Curetis at its IPO

Frankfurt am Main - Curetis N.V., a developer of next-level molecular diagnostic solutions, today completed its initial public offering on Euronext in Amsterdam and Euronext in Brussels. At its IPO, Curetis raised EUR 40 million, which will be used for the further development of the company.

An international team of CMS in Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium under lead partners Reinout Slot (Amsterdam), Stefan-Ulrich Müller (München) and Philipp Melzer (Frankfurt) advised Curetis at its IPO. The bank syndicate consisted of RBC Capital Markets, Bank Degroof Petercam N.V./S.A. and ICF Bank AG. CMS has assisted Curetis since 2009 with multiple financing rounds.

Founded in 2007, Curetis N.V.'s sole subsidiary Curetis AG is a molecular diagnostics company which focuses on the development and commercialization of reliable, fast and cost-effective products for diagnosing severe infectious diseases. The diagnostic solutions of Curetis AG enable rapid multi-parameter pathogen and antibiotic resistance marker detection in only a few hours, a process that today can take up to days or even weeks with other techniques. To date, Curetis has raised funds of over EUR 63.5 million. The company is based in Holzgerlingen near Stuttgart, Germany.
