07/07/2021

Frankfurt/Main – Frankfurt-based SaaS start-up ivicos GmbH has secured funding as part of a seed round of financing. Investor is Ulrich Dausien, the founder of Jack Wolfskin. ivicos intends to use the investment to grow further and, among other things, to expand its distribution.

A CMS team from the Frankfurt office advised ivicos GmbH on all relevant legal aspects of the transaction during the financing round. ivicos GmbH is a member of equIP, CMS’s dedicated start-up support programme. CMS Frankfurt regularly advises start-ups and investors on fundraising, including in the context of the equIP start-up support programme.

Headquartered in Frankfurt, ivicos GmbH was established in mid-2019 by a team of software developers, consultants and academics. Its aim is to digitalise conceptual work. ivicos GmbH develops intelligent digital environments for close collaboration between distributed teams, thereby revolutionising mobile working. ivicos, an intelligent virtual collaboration space, provides a platform where distributed teams can work together on a conceptual level, from simple brainstorming to complex strategy projects.
