Hamburg – Asset manager Luxcara has acquired the Finnish onshore wind farm project Välikangas from the developer, ABO Wind AG. The wind farm in northern Finland has a planned total installed capacity of 100 megawatts and is scheduled to become operational in summer 2020. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Luxcara was supported in the acquisition by a CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Holger Kraft, who advised both on the transaction and on negotiation of the project agreements.
