CMS advises on sale of Kundo System Technik GmbH to HSH Private Equity

Qvedis GmbH which was taken over by HSH Private Equity in March 2007 has merged with Kundo System Technik GmbH. As Qvedis, Kundo manufactures measuring devices and systems to meter energy consumption data especially in residential and commercial property. Qvedis and Kundo have a joint turnover of approx. EUR 40 million. Details of the purchase price were not disclosed. The transaction has been cleared by the Federal Cartel Office.

After completion of the transaction the seller, Dr Frank Obergfell, will continue to serve the new company as a member of the advisory board and shareholder.
