CMS advises vehicle digitisation specialist TWINNER on Series B financing round

Leipzig – TWINNER GmbH, one of the world’s most advanced specialists in digitising cars, has successfully completed its Series B round of financing, raising an eight-figure amount. This will enable the firm to accelerate its global market expansion. Details of the investment were not disclosed.

A CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Jörg Lips and Dr Helge Rieckhoff advised TWINNER on all legal aspects of the financing round. The company is a longstanding CMS client and regularly relies on the law firm’s expertise. CMS also advised on previous rounds of financing and on restructurings. The law firm most recently advised the company when it secured investment from a Japanese industrial and automotive group.
