CMS advises VINTIN Group shareholders on acquisition by MCL Group

Stuttgart – The MCL Group has acquired the VINTIN Group, an IT services specialist with 196 employees, by acquiring all the shares in vintin GmbH. One Equity Partners (OEP) is an investor in the MCL Group. With the exception of the founder of the VINTIN Group, the previous shareholders will continue to be actively involved in managing the companies in the VINTIN Group. Details of the transaction were not disclosed. The closing is scheduled for May of this year.

A CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Claus-Peter Fabian advised all the shareholders in vintin GmbH on all legal aspects of the transaction. The advice also covered the continuing involvement of the sellers in the group.
