CMS advises DIC Asset on acquisition of Gate 9 multi-tenant office building

Stuttgart – DIC Asset AG has acquired Gate 9, a multi-tenant office building located in Leinfelden-Echterdingen near Stuttgart, from a project company belonging to Thallos AG. The purchase price for the property is EUR 72 million. The office building comprises some 17,000 square metres of rental space and offers parking for 288 cars. The property is currently undergoing full refurbishment.

A CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Volker Zerr advised DIC Asset AG on all legal aspects of the transaction, as in the past. The advice included due diligence and negotiation of the purchase agreement.
