Düsseldorf – A group of investors and business angels from Germany and Switzerland have acquired shares in digital care start-up ucura Deutschland GmbH as part of a round of financing.
A CMS team headed by lead counsels Christopher Freiherr von Lilien-Waldau and Philippe Heinzke advised ucura Deutschland GmbH on all legal aspects of the round of financing and other structuring aspects. CMS regularly advises start-ups and investors on fundraising, including in the context of its dedicated equIP start-up support programme.
Constance-based ucura Deutschland GmbH acts as a digital care companion to support care-giving relatives and patients in organising long-term care. Users can submit an initial application for care online through the digital service provided by specialist company DeinePflege.
