CMS advises medtech investor SHS and founders Johannes Kirchmair and Thomas Wurm on sale of shares in Single Use Support to Pall Corporation

Munich – Tübingen-based medtech investor SHS and company founders Johannes Kirchmair and Thomas Wurm have sold shares in Single Use Support GmbH, an Austrian life science supplier, to US life science group Pall Corporation.

An international CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Michael Wangemann advised SHS and founders Johannes Kirchmair and Thomas Wurm on all legal aspects of selling the shares.

SHS Gesellschaft für Beteiligungsmanagement, which is headquartered in Tübingen, invests in medical technology and life science companies. Its focus is on expansion financing, changes in shareholder structures and successor situations. SHS acquires both minority and majority stakes. The firm was established in 1993.

Single Use Support GmbH is based in Kufstein, Austria, and specialises in solutions for biopharma logistics. The company was set up in 2015.

Pall Corporation has its head office in Port Washington, USA. Its main activity is filter production, with an additional focus on the life sciences sector. The company was established in 1946 and has four locations in Germany.
