CMS Hasche Sigle advises 3i on Hummingbird's acquisition of RedDot Solutions AG

Hummingbird Ltd., a provider of enterprise content management solutions, listed in New York and Toronto, has acquired all the shares in RedDot Solutions AG, Oldenburg, including those held by the founding shareholders and 3i investors and ViewPoint Capital Partners. RedDot Solutions AG offers content management solutions for medium-sized enterprises. The purchase price was EUR 39.1m plus a performance-related earn-out component.
