CMS Hasche Sigle advises Allianz Global Investors on lease of 20,000 m² office space in Munich

CMS Hasche Sigle advised Allianz Global Investors (AGI) on lease of more than 20,000 m² office space in Seidlstrasse 24 und 24a in Munich. Owner of the property is Versorgungsanstalten der deutschen Bühnen und der deutschen Kulturorchester (pension fund for German stage and orchestra professionals). AGI will relocate its registered office from Nymphenburger Straße to the newly leased property in the second half of 2008.

AGI is the asset management subsidiary of the Allianz group in Munich and manages one of the largest fund portfolios worldwide.
