Stuttgart – Gamma Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, a subsidiary of Allianz Versicherungs-AG, has sold part of the Treptowers office complex to a fund company advised by caleus capital investors and AEW Europe. Together with the properties located on Hoffmannstraße, Berlin's tallest office block comprises some 35,000 square metres of rental space.
A team from CMS Hasche Sigle led by real estate expert Dr Volker Zerr provided advice on all aspects of the sales process to Allianz Real Estate Germany GmbH, which acted on behalf of the seller.
The real estate team led by Dr Volker Zerr regularly advises Allianz. Recently, CMS advised Allianz on the sale and leaseback acquisition of 80 Aldi stores.
