Stuttgart – Allianz Versicherungs-AG has sold two multi-use buildings on Theresienstraße and Rosenkavalierplatz in Munich with a total of some 17,000 square metres of office, commercial and residential space. The properties have been bought by a project company and a life insurance firm.
Real estate experts Dr Volker Zerr and Dr Simon Marschke provided advice on all aspects of the sales process to Allianz Real Estate Germany GmbH, which acted on behalf of the seller.
The real estate team led by Dr Volker Zerr regularly advises Allianz. Recently, CMS Hasche Sigle provided legal support to Allianz on the sale of part of the Treptowers office complex in Berlin, while in 2010 the team advised Allianz on the sale and leaseback acquisition of 80 Aldi stores.
