CMS Hasche Sigle advises Auric Capital Group AG & Co. KG and Gerald Wagener on sale of majority stake in Schneekoppe Lifestyle GmbH to Change Capital Partners LLP

Krefeld/Düsseldorf – London-based private equity fund Change Capital Partners LLP has acquired 75% of the shares in Schneekoppe Lifestyle GmbH, the parent company of muesli and fruit bar manufacturer SCHNEEKOPPE GmbH & Co. KG, which was established in 1923 and is headquartered in Buchholz. 
Key objectives to be achieved with the aid of the new majority shareholder are broader distribution of the SCHNEEKOPPE brand and expansion of marketing and sales of SCHNEEKOPPE products. 
25% of the shares in Schneekoppe Lifestyle GmbH will remain with the existing main shareholder Gerald Wagener, who also continues as chief executive of Schneekoppe Lifestyle GmbH. Biozentrale Naturprodukte GmbH, Cologne, is no longer a shareholder in Schneekoppe Lifestyle.
