CMS Hasche Sigle advises AXA Investment Managers on acquisition of the future company headquarters of VIVACON AG

AXA Investment Managers acquire the land and building to be constructed on it for VIVACON AG. The future domicile of VIVACON at Rheinauhafen in Cologne will be a five-storey building with approx. 8,000 m² office area and leaseable catering facilities. The parties have agreed not to disclose details of the purchase price. Construction is due to begin in the course of this month. It is expected that completion and handover to AXA Investment Managers will be 4 th quarter 2008. 
AXA Investment Managers belong to the AXA Group and specialise in asset management. Managing assets of more than 485 billion euro the investment section is one of the largest asset management companies in Europe and employs some 2,600 people in 18 countries.
